Frequently asked questions

What age is it for? Children aged about 4 to 12. Younger children enjoy it most with a parent beside them.

Can I add more than one child? Yes. Add up to six child logins from your dashboard. They share everything you buy.

Do children need an email address? No. You choose a username and password for each child.

Is there audio? Yes. Every word card has a play button so children hear the word.

What happens if I cancel my membership? Access continues until the end of your billing period. Courses you bought individually stay yours.
